What time is it?! 2PM!!!

Okay, I'm finally getting around to posting the Wonder Girls/2PM concert experience from June.

Actually, this is a reblog of what I posted on a forum when I had just returned from the concert. Enjoy admiring the pics :) hehe

--------------------------------

OMG JUST CAME BACK!!!!!!!!! IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me & a cardboard 2 that I spent an hour making. We named it Buck after Nichkhun :)

Our venue was smaller than I had expected so we were literally like 10 feet away from the stage. It was amazing.

Our ticket!

My friend with our handmade signs :)

"gyahhhhhhhh!!!" hahahaha fangirls

2PM looked so hot!!!!!!!!!! The whole time they were performing, I couldn't stop staring at Nichkhun. haha. They performed 5 songs (Without you, Again&Again, Heartbreak, 10 out of 10, I hate you -- not in this exact order, but you get the idea). They had crazy dance stuff going on, and Nichkhun's hip movement definitely almost made me faint. lol.

camera only captured 50% of their hotness

Oh, if you're in the VIP section, don't hesitate to move in front of the stage (that's literally what most girls did) so that you could have a chance to touch the singer's hands if they reach out to you.

one of the sexiest men alive

During the performance, all the girls kept taking the pictures. The security was pretty strict, and they wouldn't let them go into the VIP area (and kept telling everyone to back up). Thankfully, I was just a row behind the VIP so I still got to see everything. In my opinion, I really wished that people would've jammed out more to the music. After all, it is a concert. Taking pictures are cool, but you don't need like 100 of the same thing. Enjoy the music! And jam to it! Thank fully, my friends and I did. We had so much fun. Oh, yeah, if you're thinking about fan signs, you should be prepared to decide what to do with it. Either you're gonna be holding a camera or a huge ass poster. It's up to you. Most of the girls gave up on the signs after a while.

Wonder Girls were great. They had individual acts where they performed to different American songs. I was startled at first because I was like, "Why are they doing American songs?" But it got fun afterwards. I think they did for people who aren't too familiar with WG songs. I remember that they did songs by Black Eye Pea, P Cat Dolls, etc. Lim was great. I don't remember a guy dissing her at all, actually. The members were all pretty. I really loved what they were wearing. They sounded great!

Regarding the 2PM chant after the WG performance, I really wouldn't blame the audience (one person starts chanting 2PM, next second, all the girls want to see 2PM's hot bods again). Sure, it was really rude of them, but pretty much all of the girls were there for 2PM (I'm trying to be honest). I'm surprised some people didn't walk out of the concert after the 2PM performance. Also, I was literally blown away by the amount of cheer/scream/screech the audience gave when 2PM started. I was like, seriously WTF, but then I got into the mood after seeing their gorgeous existence. lol. Yeah, it did get out of the hand later on. But, hey, this was the opening concert. The later audience could probably learn from this so it wouldn't offend anyone anymore.

If you're not VIP and you still wanna give presents to the singers, just find one of the staff (they'll be obvious) and give it to them. I won't guarantee that it'll end up at their possession, but it's worth a try if you didn't bother paying extra 100 to see them.

Oh, if you're trying to get them to notice you, buy a lot of glowsticks. lol.

The concert was roughly 1 hour 40 mins? Oh, the fan chants pretty much failed because everyone was just screaming. lol.

That's pretty much my experience from tonight. If you have any question, holla! haha

Yes baby, I want you and you want me. LOL

Simplicity at its Best.

I found an old post that I never got to post. Reading all of the fun blogs made me realize that I need to start blogging again. There's a logic that I don't preach but we'll see if there's a cause-and-effect - if you want to blog, you will do fun things so you can blog about it. LOL. Time to bring my Nikon d3100 to a good use.

The title has nothing to do with what I'm gonna about to post. lol.

This should've been the appropriate blog title --> BLOGGING TAKES FREAKING TIME.

But, I wanted to sugar-coat the harsh reality, and the other title just popped in my mind.

I didn't realize that the last time I blogged was almost a month and a half ago. It's been so long. I guess I was preoccupied with my couch-potato life, class, and school stuff. By the way, I GOT A IN PHYSICS! Okay, I just had to document that. You know you're worried about one thing during a certain moment? Then, after a month or a year, you look back, you realize how stupid/minimal the problem was? You look back, thinking, "Why did I even put an effort to WORRY about something that small?" It's not a bad thing. But, it's a reminder that we should take more look of the grandeur of life, instead of worrying about small things. Making ourselves feeling good is rather better than putting ourselves down, don't you think?

So, I've been a bum this whole summer because I didn't get a job. I just didn't feel like working. lol. It had a mix pros and cons. I had to ask for allowances again, which felt lame but I didn't have a source of income. But, I was able to focus on my summer class. Hey, everything works out in the end. Summer's almost here and so are my scholarships. haha.

Anyway, I'm gonna go over my few (okay, exaggeration) purchases from the summer. It'll take me a while to update, but I'll eventually get around to all of them. haha. My mom and I are huge shoppers (almost addicted), and we like to score the best deals out of everything. My mom's the type of person who gets $100 dress for $5. I'm proud to inherit her shopping genes. haha.

I LOVE DRESSES. PARTY DRESSES!!!

1. H&M Body Con Dress

Guess how much this dress was? $4.95!! It hugs my body perfectly. The material isn't the best, but for its price and design, IT'S A STEAL!

*found this pic on google - if you know who i can credit, let me know!

2. H&M Polka Dots Dress

3. Blue/Black Cocktail Dress

4. Blue Chiffon Dress

5. Blue Dress

6.

I'D STARVE MYSELF TO BUY SHOES

1. Steve Maddens Sandals

2. Timberland Sneakers

3. Black Gladiator Heels

4. White Ribboned Pumps

BAGS BAGS FREAKING BAGS

1. White Leather Bag

AND I BUY MORE ACCESSORIES

1. Lavender scarf

2. Bracelets

AND I WANT MORE

Right now asos.com is having a freeshipping. If it wasn't for the fact that I was bankrupt, I'd totally score myself those things.

I want summer to end soon so I can start dressing for the fall. I bought a lot of pretty dresses that would look cute on long haired girls, but sadly, I cut my hair shortly after that so I'm keeping them for next year. hehe.

I totally have a feeling that clogs are making their comeback. I hope they do cuz I got them ready :) They're comfy and so easy to just slip on. One bad thing is that it's hard to find the outfits to match them. What I recommend is choosing some light on the
top cuz clogs are heavy looking and already making a statement on its own. I do remember seeing someone rocking a maxi dress with brown clogs.

I wanna blog about how amazing Inception was and how amazingly hawt Joseph Gordon-Levitt looked, but I think it's overdone so I'm gonna skip it. We all know it's gonna be a classic.

Toy Story 3!

So, on Father's Day, my sister and I decided to go see Toy Story 3 out of sheer impulse. I felt bad that I didn't prepare anything for my dad, but I don't think he minded THAT much. I'll repay my gratitude later, I suppose.

I thought there was going to be a lot of people so my sister and I got there an hour early. We had to wait outside of the screen room because the previous showing wasn't even done yet (that's how early we were). So, we bought a snack and decided to wait until everyone got out. I would talk about how ridiculous the movie theaters charge you for snacks, but I'd bore you probably..but I'm gonna talk about it anyway (by now, you probably have realized that I'm very an impulsive talker and shifts my topic very suddenly..bear with me please). The same Welch's fruit gummies you could buy at Walmart for $1 was $3.75 there. That's like almost 4x the original price. Come on..that's REALLY ridiculous. We also brought our own water bottles in because we didn't want to get the water there. The nice lady told us to hide the bottles because they're suppose to tell us to throw them away if they were to see anything that weren't purchased there. That was nice of her. After we saw the people come out of the theater, we went in..to only be
chased out after a minute because they had to clean the place up before the next showing. So, we waited again. Then, I decided to call my friend because I knew she wanted to see it as well.

Anyway, I'm going to talk about the movie. If you haven't seen it and don't want to be spoiled, don't read it!

********WARNING! SPOILER!*********************

So, the movie starts with Andy's mom documenting her son's childhood. We basically see Andy playing and taking care of his toys basically all through his adolescence. It kinda made me think whether he had any friends because the film didn't mention any about those. So, I'd like to believe that Andy was socially awkward, but we won't go there. It's a bit depressing in the beginning, actually. We see Woody and Buzz along with other familiar toys planning something. It's eventually revealed that they're trying to capture the attention of Andy, wh
o is now a 17? year old boy, who is almost heading to college.

The plan fails with Andy, not giving too much thought about his old toys. The crew sees that, and they're sad/depressed/worried. Woody calls out for another meeting to reassure them. At this point, we see that not many of their old toy mates are present (including Wheezy, the sheep girl, the drawing board, etc..whose names I can't remember). The mother comes in and tells Andy to start organizing his room into two piles - things to take to college and things to put into attic. She also warns him that everything else goes into trash. So, Andy starts organizing. B
ut to everyone's surprise, he starts stuffing the toys into a trash bag. Everyone's panicking, but they're even more distraught when Andy selectively puts Woody into his college box. But, we do find out that Andy was planning to take the toys into the attic as he pulls down the ladder from the ceiling. But, his sister Molly comes along, and Andy offers his help. Unfortunately, his mom comes along and sees the trash bag, assuming that it needs to be taken out.

Basically, you know what happens next. They're by the trash can as the garbage trucks approaches. Woody tries to rescue them, but they are safe. Still upset from being called "junk" by Andy, they decide to go into a box of toys that the mom has decided to donate to a n
earby daycare called Sunnyside. Woody objects, but the car starts leaving.

When they arrive at the daycare, they are overwhelmed with the joyous atmosphere. It seemed basically perfect in the eyes of any toy. Barbie, who used to be Molly's toy, meets Ken, and they immediately fall in love. This relationship is quite intriguing, and I think the directors did a great job following it till the end. They are given a tour of the place by a carebear-look alike called Lots. He's basically like a mayor of the whole place. They reassure Woody and his friends about how happy they will be at the new place. After they are left alone, Woody starts to convince the others to leave with him because they're Andy's toys and need to be there for Andy. Howev
er, others are convinced to stay there. And, they depart on a bitter note. Woody attempts to escape from the place, only to be caught in a tree outside the daycare. He is discovered by a nice girl, who resembles child version of Andy. She takes him home and plays with him, and Woody meets new friends - including TOTORO! OMFG. I literally screamed when I saw Totoro. Who would've ever thought of seeing Totoro in a Pixar film?

Back at the daycare, Buzz and others realize their mistake. The room where they were placed had toddlers and kids who did nothing but throw them around and tortured them. So, they decided to go talk to Lots to have them moved to another room. However, to their dismay, the doors were locked so Buzz had to attempt to get out by himself. He eventually discovers a rather shady gathering by the old toys who were residing there (Ken, the octopus, etc.). He overhears that the new toys that arrive there are automatically placed there to keep the toddlers company and usually don't last too long. However, Buzz gets caught on his spying and gets his mode reset. When Jesse began to wonder where Buzz went off to, they are encountered by Lots and new Buzz who didn't recognize them anymore. They are locked into boxes and basically are held as prisoners.

Meanwhile, hearing what really occurs at the daycare, Woody tries to go back to the daycare in attempt to rescue his friends. He is able to get in, and with elaborate plans, he manages to organize well. The funniest part of the whole "trying to escape" was where they had to reset Buzz back to normal, but it somehow changed his setting into Spanish. I couldn't stop laughing while Spanish Buzz was courting Jesse with his dancing. It was hilarious.

Anyways, they almost made it through the garbage disposal, but they are discovered as Lots had interrogated a toy who knew of Woody's plan. But, Lots and his sour disposition turns his comrade (the baby) against him. There's a whole back story to that, but I think you'll see it better if you see the movie in person. But, there's comes trouble and Woody gets dragged into the trash bin with Lots. Buzz and other toys, trying to rescue Woody get dragged into the bin as well. With the garbage track running in the middle of the night, they all head toward the garbage treatment place. They go through the whole scary moment where they're almost burned (Lots betrays them again even though Woody saved him). I thought that whole part was well done with the CG and all. It was really touching too as they all embraced themselves for the fire.

But yeah, the CLAW saves them as the three aliens that disappeared earlier operates the clane(sp?) to get them out of the fire pit. They get back to Andy's house riding the garbage track and get back into the box, preparing themselves for the attic. However, Woody gives Andy an idea to donate the toys to Bonnie (the girl who took Woody away from the daycare). Andy takes the toys to the girl, and she loves them. To both's surprise, Andy and Bonnie discover Woody in the box as well. We realize that this is Woody's decision, to depart from Andy's arms. Andy was hesitant in giving away Woody, but he realizes that the girl is probably gonna take care of Woody. So, it was a bit sad in the end, but ends well with an awe. Then, they go to the credit, showing how everyone's doing now. Ken and Barbie end up together if that's what you were wondering. lol.

I left out a lot of details, but I think I managed to squeeze in majority of what I remembered from the movie. I definitely recommend this. It's not one of those sequels, where you're just like, "Oh, another one?" Pixar doesn't disappoint, I've gotta admit. It was really worth the money. I'd see it again. Wonderful childhood movie to remember by.

new layout & opening the blog to public

So, I got a new design for the blog. The old one had too narrow of a post-size, making everything impossible for me to do. Plus, I think it was too blue. Of course, since the blog wasn't open to the public, you have no idea what it looked like, but I can tell you that it was an okay template. I just got it off of one of those free template sites you can find on google. It lasted me a while, but then the more I visited the other people's blog and saw their simplicity and practicality, I decided mine was just...tacky and useless. So, I finally decided to tweak few things using one of blogspot's new template as a base. It turned out pretty well I think. And, with the help of google, I made it into the ways I wanted (like turning the post page transparent! I think it's really cool). But with the change comes discrepancies (which I already had before with the old template, a pain-in-the-ass to use...). The pictures are too big, and they don't fit within the dimension of the post size so I'd have to go back re-doing most of the posts. I only re-did the most recent one with the picture. It'll probably take few days for me to go through them all.

As for the 2PM concert, I'll be updating another post for that so please wait for the fan account! I'll have pictures too!

Summer school's officially starting tomorrow for me. I thought I'd be done with those in high school, but the chain of endless education continues as I am approached with Physics over the summer. I guess I just have to suck it up and deal with it...even though I'm really lazy and would love not to.

On past Friday, I went to a local park with my friends. It was actually a renown park, but I had never visited before so I was actually a bit excited. We left around noon and got some lunch to head to the park. When we got there, we all realized (except one girl) that none of us had brought any water (which was really, really stupid as we found later). We had lunch under a gazebo, and afterwards, we headed toward the Japanese garden. We felt like we were in a desert. It was painful, both because we were thirsty and out of shape from doing nothing during the summer since school had ended. So, when we finished climbing the endless stairs, we ran like maniacs toward the car. It was funny in the end. The whole idea was so spontaneous, but it actually got carried through. Not too many things went according in plan, but it was fun. If you're bored, maybe you should go somewhere unexpected with your friends. You may be surprised.

On Saturday, it was my friend's birthday party. She turned 19 so we all went over to house to celebrate. The usual guys that we hang out with went to Baltimore, except for one so he had come to the all girls thing. We wouldn't stop making fun of him for that. I cannot stress how much I love Papa John's pizza. Whatever chain you might be eating, I would always pick Papa's, especially the chicken ones. I love the idea of chicken on my pizza. People always are like, "WHAT? CHICKEN?" and give me funny looks. But, HEY, why is that pizza the first one to be gone? BECAUSE IT'S AMAZING, OKAY? lol. Anyway, it was fun while it lasted. Then, we headed to my other friend's house for sleepover. It was chill, and we made chocolate covered strawberries (so simple to make!) which were really yummy. Then, my best friend and I stayed up till 7AM talking about sex, boys, life, and ice cream. All those random things that pop up to your mind usually. Then, we finally went to sleep. It was a good weekend.

2PM concert! WG WHAAAT?

haha yeah so 2 Pm concert is coming up tomorrow. I'm excited, but I'd happier if my best friend and I aren't fighting. She can be such a bitch sometime. I'm not writing the details because it'll definitely be biased. I'm not even gonna defend myself. Whatever. I'm just tired of arguing. I really don't care about her at this moment. Maybe I'll look back later and regret writing this, but this is how I feel at this moment. Oh, wells. More updates when I come back!

A whole new worlddddd....NOT

Okay, so my summer's not going off with a great start. No job, no internship, lack of motivation to do any volunteering (which I need to or else I'm screwed). So, I really gotta do something soon. Meanwhile, I've been hanging out with friends. Bowling & visiting the northern part of Virginia.

*Me being stupid with the furnitures :)

Visiting NoVA was fun, but it annoyed the hell out of me that my best friend was being a total freak. I don't usually mind being the third wheel, but seeing her with her boyfriend was just really annoying for some reason. She turns into another person (one of those really annoying girls who are trying to be cute in front of their boyfriends). When we got to the IKEA furniture shop, I was pretty impressed. The store had a really nice presentation to it overall - not to mention the prices. I was tempted to buy a lot of things, but they just went on my list of stuff to buy for the future. Then, we headed to get her boyfriend at his house.

*Me and the bingsoos. I have a gangster wannabe face on.

After that, we headed to Shilla bakery. It was a cute place and offered many samples. You can pretty much get full just by sampling (which is what I kinda did). But I also bought some stuff. The green tea bingsoo was wonderful (better than the strawberry one that the couple had ordered). It's pretty big so it's better if you share with another person. I shared it with another friend of mine. Then, we headed to do some grocery shopping so I could get the Korean red sauce. After that, we went to chill at my boyfriend's place.

I was already annoyed by her, but what annoyed me more was that I came all the way to the area just so she could hang out with her boyfriend. I was pissed, and she was demanding gas fee. I wasn't going to damn pay money so she could drive an hour back and forth to get her boyfriend. And, GUESS WHAT? I didn't even get to go to the dinner place I wanted to go (Honey Pig - Korean BBQ) because they were being freaking cheapos. Do I have money? NO!! But does that mean I'm came all the way to eat some kind of cheap food! I ended up getting Tonkatsu + Udon combo. It was definitely not worth the price.

Yeah, I was frustrated so I ignored my friend majority of the time. She knew I was annoyed. Once thing I did like was the store. It's called Lotte. I went to another one before, but that one was so much shadier. This one was much bigger, cleaner, and offered so much more including a food court place. I'm probably going to return to do some grocery shopping. There was so much goodies that I wanted to buy (food), but I didn't because I couldn't. No money damn it.

*Me and my so-called best friend. I love her most of the time. Sometime I just wanna choke her. You have a best friend like that?

******************************

2PM & Wonder Girls concert is coming up soon. I'm excited...if I had more money :) Whoever told you that money can't buy happiness? They're lying. That's bullshit. Money buys you food, which is a core to essential happiness.

Too Much Clothes?

Yes, there can be such a thing. I realized this when I was (and still) cleaning my closet. There are so many of them that I purchased at the time (thinking that it was a piece that I'd wear all the time) but never wore. You can realize this simple fact too if you take the time to go through your closet (yes, that includes those boxes that you shoved your old clothes into). I don't know how to get rid of them. To be honest, I still want someone to wear them even though I'd never wear them again. But, I'm not going to lie, I don't want to give them away for free, because I do have sentiments attached to them (they were part of my growing-up, you know?). So, I'll probably shove them back into the boxes again. Hopefully, my sister will wear them. LOL.

Here's a list of what YOU can do:

1. DONATE

I know you've considered that before, but you never got the chance to (or never tried to even though you totally could've). But, think about all of those homeless people. If you want to feel somewhat good about yourself on a shitty day, donate your freaking pile of clothes. It'll clear your mind AND make you feel good about yourself so you can go shop some more to fill the new space or go treat yourself to a dinner at Applebee's.

2. RESELL

You wanna get rid of the space, but you don't wanna give up clothes for free? Well, resell them. You probably won't get more than 5 dollars per piece (although you spent 20 bucks on that favorite dress), but hey, anything's better than nothing. Sell it. Get some money out of it. Even if it's a dollar. Go treat yourself to 2 delicious apple pies at McDonald's.

3. SWAP

Have you heard of swapping clothes? Apparently, it's a new thing. I'd never do it because I wanna get rid of the old clothes and get new space. But hey, you don't lose much in this case (unless you trade your Fendi bag for a Dora bag, then you're stupid). Both parties are satisfied, and your closet is still full.

Take the chance to clean your closet before the summer. I know you still have some winter clothes that are hanging right in middle of your closet right now. Put them in the box. You don't need to wear an Eskimo coat during the summer. Do it. You'll feel better.

I just want some lovin

Why have I become such a cynic? I was watching 27 dresses today, and it really made me want someone who truly cares for me. I don't care about his looks (okay, maybe just a little...I'm not gonna lie). I just want someone to be there...to make me smile when I'm not happy. To make me feel like I'm the prettiest girl. Someone...

Motivation, where have you gone?

I quit my job today. They better pay me for yesterday. lol. Looking for another job. Maybe I'm taking life for granted. Gotta get my lazy ass off of the couch.

Tuesday, May 11, 2010

I gotta learn a lesson

Seriously, I take things for granted until I realize it's too late. There goes my credit card. I hate my new job so I might as well find another one. When I was shoving all of my clothes from my dorm back to the car, I realized how much clothes I really had. Some of them, totally unnecessary, many of which are the same. No more shopping for me in a long time.

Getting back to bloggin

Done with first year! I'm hoping for a freakin 4.0 BABYYY!!!

I need more retrospective intervention in my life. I need a goal to set. So, I'm gonna start again. Keep me on the track!

So, I was online again (there is not a day when I'm not haha) and came across this blog. It's mad awesome. So many interesting posts.

http://www.motwister.com/

He posted this picture, and I think it's mad awesome. Apparently, it's a layering of masking tapes. How does he find these things? Props!

Oh, I'm going to Florida in 2 weeks with my best friend! So excited! Hopefully, it'll go through!

Don't be embarassed

Embarrassment is solely a mental state caused by your brain to reject what is socially unapproved. When you look back few years from now on, you regret wasting even 10 seconds of your life degrading yourself because of the social expectation. You could've instead spent that 10 seconds to appreciate the fact that you're living and the Sun is still shining on you. Life is beautiful. Live up to it.

Cause you show it, I wanna be honest

One more week til my spring break. I finished my chemistry lab exam. Apparently, my Spanish exam isn't going to be as bad as I thought. I just have to get over that and the chemistry exam on Friday and I will be home bound. Heck, I'm skipping volunteering this week, last week, and next week. Fuck that, I need my own time. I will contribute to my community soon. :)

Asian Beat's coming well. Dancing's fun. I just wanna lose my thigh, arm, and belly fat. lol.

Here's the next design

My immune sistema is going down' down' down'

Uh-ohhh...I don't know if it was the milk or something I ate, but as soon as I came back from the gym and went to the Asian Beat practice at UoR, I started feeling sick. Dude, I was sick not a while ago, and I just got better. Please give me some slack. PLEASE. lol. So, all of my friends are visiting this weekend because their spring break starts a week before mine. My weekend's going to be super busy cuz I also have to study for 2 exams. I can do it! lol :)

Here's a little design I did for Asian Beat t-shirt. It'll proably end up looking different. lol

Gah, I want a lot of things D:

FYI: I just found out that one of my favorite blog people that I've been following online has recently passed away from leukymia. Her pictures have inspired me to do a lot of things as they were beautiful depicted. Even though I've never met her before, I'm sure she lived her life fully. My tears are shed tonight for her. RIP Yulanda

--------------------------------------------

It's never too late to make a new New Year's resolution, right? lol

What I want to do right now - Take pics for a blog and actually continue it. It's like a motivation to do something, and I can look back to it and laugh about it. Life's a story - let's make something out of it.

Here's a list of what I want right now :) WANT WANT WANT LOL Yes, I'm needy. hahaha

1. A GOOD camera - I want to document things...like the super good Thai food I had. I should be able to taste it and think about it when I see the pictures again

2. A GOOD looking bod - I gained 6 pounds since the winter break. I noticed that my face has been getting rounder and rounder. Even though I'm not Catholic, I gave up my favorite place Alpine Bagels til Easter (it is the most amazing bagel place ever and the most fattening place ever - the motivation that woke me up even on the Friday 8AM recitations lol). Hopefully, I'll have a hot bod by the summer. Hopefully, I'll get there soon...? I'm planning to go to Florida and Canada in the summer.

3. A GOOD job or a source of income - I realized I haven't shopped in a while. That's the secondary source of my happiness. I'm currently on a shopping/credit card withdrawl after my bank statement went negative. So far, I'm okay?

4. A GOOD sense of responsibility - I have been neglecting one of my volunteering recently. Gotta go back to it. lol.

5. A GOOD playlist - Music is my soul, my passion. Plus, I can indulge in it without getting fat, no?

6. A GOOD weekend - without getting drunk and attack people (aka everyone knowing what I was like on the dance floor with half of my shirt off...not good). I just need some serious relaxation and my own space.

7. A GOOD relationship - I'm tired of waiting, going to parties, and hooking up. Sure, it's fun for a while, but at one point in a girl's life, you finally realize that hooking up doesn't lead you to having butterflies in your stomach. It gives you one night of steamy romance, but, sadly, it always leads to heartbreaks. You can't ask for more in these hookups. I want a real relationship now, and I'm willing to work for it too. So far, I haven't hooked up/made-out with anyone in a long, long time (since last November). I had my chances, but I've learned to control myself. I deserve better. I think all girls do. We all learn lessons the hard way, but that's life.

8. A GOOD education - gotta focus on what's really important :) oh, I gotta attend the seminars lol

9. A GOOD roadtrip - I've come to realize that I really want to go on a roadtrip with my best friend. She doesn't realize how much I need it yet, but I really do. It'll be like a breather.

10. A GOOD attitude - sometimes I get my head over everything. I need to come down and cool my head sometimes. My confidence goes all over the place sometimes. It needs to stabilize. I need to be more confidence, but I can't be over-confident to the point where I'm cocky, you know? I want to be more social without pushing it.

11. A GOOD hygiene and diet - yes, hygiene - as in cleaning my room. Over this weekend, I FINALLY cleaned my room. I had 6 trashbags worth of trash/garbage. That is literally gross. It felt so amazing afterwards. lol. Oh, yeah, I need to eat right. I'm not young anymore. haha.

Recently, I realized how thankful I should be of what I have right now, especially friends and family. Approaching almost 20 this year, I realized that life isn't all about the downfalls. It's really about appreciating what you have and loving every moment of it. I thought I was an optimist, but as I was typing this, I realized how my problems seem so small now. I get really emotional, but I really do love everything and everyone that's been a part of my life. I really would like to thank them for sticking with me every step of the way. I wouldn't be here without them. It's a cliche, but it's true.

Viva la vida, everyone.

Oh, here's a recent picture of me that was taken yesterday. I went to a semi-formal with a good friend of mine. :) It was fun. Too bad, I look kinda constipated in the picture. lol.

Operation Reality - fa...faaa....faaatt

So yeah I didn't realize how much weight I gained over these few weeks. NOT GOOD. Must shed some pounds by some time or I'm gonna be very unhappy and vengeful. LOL

So, here's what I ate today. I feel bad. Yeah, don't mention it.

1. Breakfast - Oval Office Omelet
2. Snack - fruit yogart; Naked green
3. Lunch - Pho
4. Dinner - Quiznos Mesquite Chicken Sandwich (L)

I'm officially out of money and on a shopping ban. I hope to go very far because I really don't need anymore clothes even though I want them. It's like drug, I tell you.

Oh, also, I haven't been to a party this semester yet. As much as I wanted to take revenge on Kai, I figured I needed to stop see him in order to stop any feeling I had for him. Plus, apparently, he's going to China soon. I'm still drinking alcohol, but not as heavy as before. Going easy on myself now. Need to take it easy.

Started salsa and hip hop, but I just skipped this week's salsa. I seriously need to get up and stop being a lazy butt. End of the Story. Q.E.D.
